2023 – to date eir Telecoms: BDM

I came across an opportunity where eir were looking for a BDM with uncapped OTE +€100k, with my sales experience and knowledge I applied and on interview, was immediately accepted, I felt this is a good fit, being the 'CEO' of your region with flexible hours and was told with my experience would be left to strategize how I would achieve my targets. Passing induction with souring results, month 2 was Highest earner in the period; and constantly being in the Top10 Leaderboard; achieving Top3 several times. Designed and distributed various marketing collateral, making excel templates a spreadsheet, for the Senior Management to use, making e-forms for Customer orders, bringing about a more professional experience. Designed automation systems for lead classification and built funnels for acquisition. Designed a Google Maps API integration for prospecting and route mapping. Most important for me was having customer satisfaction and exceeding their expectations. This led to more and more referrals which resulted in greater success. I enjoyed helping customers, making them feel 'special', especially where they had been let down in the past or being overcharged for a service, or not having the correct services implemented. This was achieved by designing a tailored customer orientated strategy that aligned with their specific needs.

FFLIPI: Oversaw company operations and led business growth in Ireland and internationally. Created several revenue generating silos in the company that aligned and furthered my skills and experience.

Focus Ireland: Trained door-to-door charity team in sales skills and techniques to increase fundraising for the homeless in Ireland.

2019-2020 PunctureSafe /TyreSeal: Marketing and Business Development

TyreSeal: Developed and implemented a business plan, resulting in increased sales and decreased ad spend. Used a direct marketing strategy to target prospects and convert leads to customer acquisition. Implemented affiliate marketing to increase sales through testimonials, decreasing ad spend, whilst increasing product credibility.

PunctureSafe: Acquired the agency for Dublin and expanded the business throughout Ireland. PowerTeam International: Represented them in Europe, managed their local events, marketing and provided Training at their events.

Affiliate marketing: Successfully tapped into the affiliate marketing world, networking, and meeting industry leaders at Affiliate Meet Markt in Berlin and iGB Affiliate London, where I gained a wealth of insight, and applied the strategies learnt to generate massive, qualified leads. Innovation Factory Inc – Business Development for FFLIPI and Anthony Mallett LLC: CEO 2015 – 2023

Throughout my time with Innovation Factory Inc, I have been involved in various business activities, including real estate investing, Renatus community, credit building, and developing a social media marketing agency (SMMA).

Real Estate Investing: After trying multiple real estate programs without success, I found Renatus and was able to raise over $1 million in private money on my first single deal. I completed 12 real estate deals in my first year with Renatus; which aims to help people save/recover money, protect assets, build credit, and invest in real estate to accelerate their wealth and achieve financial freedom.

Anthony Mallett LLC: This company was formed to move a deal from my personal name into an LLC for funding purposes.

FFLIPI: Financial Freedom, Lucrative Investments & Passive Income (www.fflipi.com) serves as the holding company for all related business activities.

Credit Business Suite (A vertical in FFLIPI Holdings): I purchased the partnership in Credit Business Suite (www.creditbs.com), which is responsible for marketing and funding loans, guiding customers through business credit building, and helping Renatus prospects build business credit to fund their education and deals.

SMMA product offering: Unable to find a reliable Social Media Marketing Agency, that delivered on their promises, I created a vertical within Innovation Factory Inc to provide a SaaS CRM solution, which includes marketing, technical/IT services, business development services, funnel creation, websites, landing pages, creative work, scripts, videos, voiceovers, and soundbites (www.ifactoryusa.com).

Radical Body Transformations: In 2022, FFLIPI acquired RBT as a new customer and outsourced the work to www.ifactoryusa.com, which built and designed its marketing and online strategies, including funnels and websites (www.rbtchallenge.com and www.rbtshow.com).

My wife and I took up an opportunity to purchase Segue Moving Services, and I was appointed to the role of CEO. As CEO, I managed the day-to-day operations, established business objectives, and planned and executed marketing efforts. I was particularly drawn to Segue due to its focus on providing turnkey move management solutions, especially for seniors transitioning to new phases of their lives.

As the CEO of The Innovation Factory and The InnovaTIF Group of Companies, I led the development and growth of several businesses within the group. This included several M&A's, and developing new silos within the group, including InnovaTIF Telecoms, MOKLET, and InnovaTIF Monitoring. From inception, the group achieved over R100 million ($13.39m) in turnover.

Innovation Factory started as a business incubator, and eventually found its niche in telecoms. InnovaTIF Telecoms became a distributor of top telecoms products, while Innovation Factory (IF) was the systems integrator and installer. After the sale of MOKLET in 2015, IF reverted to being a business incubator providing marketing and business development consultancy services.

I managed key relationships with major industry players and oversaw several successful projects and deployments, such as Camtel in Cameroon, DataPro/VoxTelecom in South Africa, and British Telecom in South Africa. A key achievement for InnovaTIF Telecoms was being the first mover in applying for Type Approval and obtaining the ONLY Company in South Africa to get TA on a product in the 24 GHz ISM band.

As CEO, I implemented a unique success strategy by using direct marketing strategies to personalize targeted messages to decision-makers, instead of just focusing on traditional marketing. This approach helped forge strong bonds with clients and contributed to our success in the market.

In 2009, MOKLET was awarded iECNS and iECN Licenses and planned to deploy a Carrier Grade network with a target market of being a Carrier of Carriers, requiring a $60 million investment. In 2015, MOKLET was sold to CipherWave, along with the VANS, network licenses, and operator licenses.
